You now have the capability to perform Advanced Project Imports. This feature allows you to seamlessly import various elements such as workflows, folders, checklists, labels, and groups from existing projects directly into your active projects. This enhancement is designed to streamline your project setup process, enabling you to replicate successful project structures and workflows efficiently, ensuring consistency and saving valuable time. Whether you are initiating a new project or optimizing an ongoing one, this advanced import feature is here to elevate your project management experience in StreamBIM.
1. Select "Settings" to access this feature
2. Click on Imports
3. Click on New import
4. In the left section, select the project to import from.
5. In the middle section, choose what you want to import, for example, a workflow
You can also specify whether to export the entire workflow or just a portion of it.
6. We've chosen to import a segment of a workflow, a checklist, and a folder. Now, proceed by clicking "Import".
7. Import overview
Once the import is complete, you will be directed to a new window providing an overview of all your imported items. Here, you have the option to duplicate (reimport) or examine the import by selecting 'Details'. Additionally, a status column is available to view the current state
8. To get more Information on a particular import, click on "Details"
