1. On-premises data gateway

If you don't have a gateway installed, install an on-premises data gateway to get started.

Ensure that the Custom Data Connectors option is enabled and directed to the folder containing the StreamBIM Custom Connector.
Note: The Gateway's automatic update won't run if the host computer is offline, so keep it on or refresh manually.
The on-premises data gateway is a locally installed Windows client application that acts as a bridge between your local on-premises data sources and services in the Microsoft cloud.
2. Login to your PowerBI Service and Click on Workspaces
3. Click on the specific workspace where the report was published
4. Click on Schedule refresh
5. Click on Data source credentials
6. Click on Edit credentials for StreamBIM
7. Authentication Method and Privacy Level Settings for StreamBIM

Select the "OAuth2" authentication method

Choose "Public" for the Privacy level setting for this data source

After selecting "sign in," a new window will appear where you can enter your streambim username and password.
8. Log in using your streamBIM username and password.
9. Click on Edit credentials for Web

Select the "Anonymous" authentication method

Choose "Public" for the Privacy level setting for this data source

"Check Skip test connection" and click on "Sign in"
11. To configure schedule refresh click on "Refresh"
12. Toggle On for refresh schedule
13. If you want to add another time click here
14. Specify the time and click on Apply
