This page allow customer admins to manage users access across your projects. Here you can add new users, change their access levels, and remove users from projects. We'll also cover how to quickly find user and project information, update profiles, and monitor recent activity.
1. Open Users Administrations page
After logging into StreamBIM, you will be directed to the main dashboard. From there, navigate to the top-right corner and click on the "Enterprise Tools" dropdown menu. Then select "Useers" to access the Users administration page.

3. User Roles and Project Associations
This overview shows the various roles different users hold in different projects(1). You can easily invite new users(2) or edit(3) their roles directly from the overview screen. Examples of roles include 'Owner', 'User', 'Customer admin', among others, as seen for users like Rupert and Mathias.
- User - project member. No extra admin rights.
- Guest - project member with expiry date when access is revoked.
- Workflow admin - Can create Workflows and Checklists.
- Project Admin - Can do all the above and invite users to projects.
- Customer Admin - Enterpise access to all project belong to the customer, access to enterprise tools. Contact StreamBIM support to add or remove customer admins.
- Owner - Same as Project admin. Contact StreamBIM support to change Project owner.
4. More options in User Administration page

Add User: Facilitates the addition of new users.

Export Options: Allows for exporting user data to Power BI or as an Excel spreadsheet.
5. "New User" dialog
"New User" dialog within the User Management can be used to add new users (this can also be done by project admins, from within a StreamBIM project). Here’s what the dialog offers:

Fields for User Information:

Email: StreamBIM uses email address as the primary identifier for users.

First Name and Last Name: Essential personal details of the user.

Title: The user’s job title or position within the organization.

Phone: Contact number.
-
Organization: Dropdown menu to select the user's affiliated organization.

Functional Buttons:

Cancel: Dismisses the dialog without saving any changes.
-
OK: Saves the new user information and adds the user to the system.

Select one or more user to edit the user profile.

Editable User Details: Fields such as First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Organization are directly editable.

Organization: Options to add or remove the user from specific organizations.

Project Assignments - lists all projects associated with the user, along with their roles, expiration dates for these roles, and the last login information.

Role Management: Administrators can adjust the user's role for each project or remove them from projects.

Company and Global Profile Settings: Indicates if the values are inherited from a users company profile or global profile, with icons allowing changes where necessary.

Ok Button: Saves all the changes.

These tools are providing administrators with a powerful interface for maintaining precise control over user access.
8. More Options Menu in Edit user
"More Options Menu" within the "Edit User" interface. This menu provides additional user management capabilities. Here are some features available:

Set role for all projects- change the user's role across all projects in a single action.

Remove from all projects- quickly remove a user from all assigned projects, which is particularly useful when a user is leaving a company or changing role, so that they no longer need StreamBIM access.

Delete user: Sends a request to StreamBIM support to delete a user. NB! Usernames are necessary for keeping audit trails in StreamBIM showing the activity of a user on a project. For this reason, we keep users on projects until the project is deleted. See StreamBIM Privacy Policy for details regarding retention of user data.
