Your first invitation to StreamBIM will usually be via email. In the invitation email follow “click here to accept the invitation”

(NB! Organisations using SSO (Single Sign On) will send out instructions on how to log on to StreamBIM using the specific SSO provider of that organisation.)

A browser window will open and you will be asked to create a password:

Then fill in your profile information:

Once you have completed this you will see a list of the projects that you have access to.

Click on the project you want to work on and start using StreamBIM. If you are a member of many projects, you can search for a specific project. You can log out by clicking on your user name in the top right hand corner.

Once you’re in the project, you can log out via the settings tab:

Then open the menu next to your username. Here you can both log out and edit your profile.

Troubleshooting login

Re-set password:

You can reset your password from within StreamBIM in the Edit Profile page. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the “Forgotten password” path available on the login page. You will receive an email with a verification code to use in the process. Remember to check your spam filter if the email doesn’t arrive immediately. Contact support if no email arrives.
