There are three levels that the MFA login requirement can be applied.

1. Enterprise level - all projects belonging to an enterprise can be set up with MFA as default authentication method. Contact StreamBIM support to set MFA requirement on all projects in the customer portfolio.

   1.1 Single projects can be exempted, by applying different login methods to a project.

   1.2 Individual users can be exempted, by applying different login methods to a user.

2. Project level. The authentication methods are set on the project. All users are by default required to follow the project authentication. Customer admins can set the MFA requirement on a project on the project settings page. Most projects are set to "Any" initially, to set the project to require MFA on all users, select Multi factor authentication.

2.1 Individual users can be exempted, by applying different login methods to individual users, in the project user list.
 

3. Require MFA for individual users upon adding users to a project.
