Topics created from what was previously called "templates" or "Workflow Templates", are not part of any workflow. If the project has such topics, they can be found in the filter menu under "Topics (legacy)". Anyone who has rights to edit these topics can choose to move them into workflows. This can be done in two ways:
- Open a topic and press "Edit" in the workflow field.
You will then see the available workflows and other channel the topic can be moved to. - Select multiple topics and press "Move to workflow," while the Capture panel is in fullscreen mode.
