Sometimes, the browser has cached some files that are causing an incomplete load of the app. The solution to this is to clear the browsers cache for app.streambim.com.
If you are using Google Chrome as your browser, you can clear the cache by clicking the Reload button while holding the ⇧Shift key on your keyboard:
