StreamPlan is a useful alternative that can be used if you do not have IFC files for the project. Documents and Capture Pro can also be used with StreamPlan.
In "system" and "floors 2D" it is possible to add the floors of the building. You also select drawings and calibrate these with the floors. This makes it easy to create topics with the correct position as in real life.
This is how it will look like and topics can be created here. After choosing the floorplan you want to see, you can easily move to the room you are standing in.
