By following these instructions, users can easily navigate the platform, understand the process of creating a straightforward checklist, and efficiently add items and sections to improve their checklists.
StreamBIM offers several methods for checking out checklist items. Additionally, users have the option to require comments and/or photos before they can check out an item.
In the upcoming example, we will illustrate the creation of a checklist item using each of the available filling methods.
1. Click on + Add section
The section feature allows users to group checklist items together.
2. Provide a title, select a condition, and determine the repeatability
Condition: Controls if this checklist item is always visible or if it is based on the previous answer
Repeatable: Check this box if you want the checklist item to be repeated on a regular basis.
3. To complete, click on the "Create" button.
4. To add your first item to the created section, click on the "+ Add item" button.
5. Enter a title and choose control method
You have the option to select either visual control or measurement.

StreamBIM provides a variety of methods for checking out checklist items, including:
Simple checkbox: This method allows users to mark an item as checked or unchecked by clicking on a single checkbox.
Yes/No: Users can select either "Yes" or "No" to indicate the completion status of the checklist item.
Single select dropdown: This method presents users with a list of options, and they can choose one option from the dropdown menu to represent the status of the checklist item.
Multi-select checkboxes: Users can select multiple checkboxes from a list of options to indicate multiple selections related to the checklist item.
Text input: This method enables users to provide a text description or comment relevant to the checklist item.
Number input: Users can input numerical values to represent quantities or any other numerical information related to the checklist item.
Date input: This method allows users to enter a specific date related to the checklist item, such as a due date or completion date.
Object property: Users can associate the checklist item with specific properties or attributes of an object within StreamBIM, providing additional context to the item.
Signature: This method enables users to digitally sign off on the completion of the checklist item, providing a verified record of acknowledgment. Signing can be allowed on behalf of others.
