You can enter fullscreen view of Capture Pro by clicking the button (only available on desktop and tablets). In fullscreen view of Capture Pro, you can browse and work with your workflows in three different view modes:
1. Detail view:
The Detail view is a a good way to browse your topics if you want to browse and edit a set of topics by for instance changing status or add comments.
On tablets in portrait mode, the filter menu opens from the button. The detail view is the only view available when holding the tablet in portrait mode.
2. List view
The list view is an effective way of getting an overview of a set of topics. Use the search and filter (see detailed article) to browse to relevant topics. Scroll and sort by columns to browse the data. Double click a row to enter the detailed view of that topic. On tablets, this view is only available from landscape mode.
3. Statistics view
The statistics view helps you see general trends in the filter you have applied. The fields under "created by", "assigned to", "floors" etc. is clickable and can be used to filter the captures that have been created and you want statistics on.
Two other graphs are also available. The Topic count graph helps you see the trend in open and closed topics over time. The Age when closed graph shows closing your efficiency. On tablets, this view is only available from landscape mode.
